Practice Fees
So, your first session will cost you R1,250—about the same as a night out, but way more life-changing! You can pay in cash or through our trusty Card Machine—your choice After that, if you've got Medical Aid (PMBs), we'll handle the paperwork like pros because who doesn’t love a little magic? And if that’s not in your pocket, no worries! We can work out a payment plan that suits both your wallet and your schedule.
Cancellations
Hey there, fabulous folks! Just a friendly reminder: if you need to switch things up or bail on your session, give us a shout at least 24 hours ahead—think of it as your superhero duty! If you don’t, we’ll have to charge you the full fee for that no-show, and sadly, Medical Aid won’t be sending you a sympathy card!
Medical Aid
At our practice, we believe in making therapy as accessible as a good meme! If you're lucky, your medical aid might just fund your sessions through your savings or the Prescribed Minimum Benefits (PMBs – it's like finding a bonus level in a video game! We're registered with the Board of Healthcare Funders (BHF) and happily accept payments from most medical aids. Just make sure to chat with your medical aid to see if they’re feeling generous. If not, no worries! You can pay the cash rate of R1,250.00 and submit your invoice for a potential reimbursement – it’s like a little treasure hunt! Got questions?
